warranty

Cue Acoustics products are designed and manufactured to exacting quality standards and are guaranteed by a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty states that Cue Acoustics will repair or replace (at our discretion) a Cue product if there is a defect in the manufacturing, materials or workmanship free of charge for parts or labor. This warranty does not, however, cover any damage that may result from improper use, normal wear and tear, accidental damage or modification to the product. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a Cue product.

This warranty compliments any State or Federal obligations of manufacturers and dealers or national distributors of consumer electronics and does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. Some States or localities have laws that vary, therefore the above limitations may not apply to you. The Limited Warranty is void if the label bearing the serial number has been removed or otherwise damaged.

For Warranty or Repair information, please contact Cue Acoustics Customer Service at 866.959.4283 for information on how to safely return your product. Please have your proof of purchase and serial number available when contacting us. We cannot accept a product for return without a proof of purchase.

Please also retain all original packaging materials. We encourage you to complete the warranty card that ships with your product, and keep your portion of the card in a safe place for future reference.

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased in the United States.
