  1. All product returns must be approved by Cue Acoustics prior to shipment. If approved, you will be given a "RMA" reference for tracking purposes.

  2. If you have the original product carton (carton with graphics), repack the product as it was received using the original packing material. Be sure to include any accessories and owner’s manual.

  3. The original product carton noted in "1" above is not intended for shipping purposes alone. Please over-pack the product carton into the brown corrugated shipping carton that was used for delivery to you. If you do not have the original product carton you may pack the radio, accessories and owner’s manual directly into the shipping carton. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that appropriate packing material is used to avoid product shifting and damage during shipment.

  4. If you do not have the original shipping carton, Cue Acoustics will provide you with an appropriate carton (refer to "3" above).

  5. In some cases, Cue Acoustics may cover the shipping expense for the return. If so, the following will occur:
    1. A completed UPS shipping label will be sent to you. The label will include the RMA reference noted in "1" above.
    2. Adhere the label to the outside of the shipping carton. Be sure to remove or cross out any existing shipping labels that may already be on the carton.
    3. Contact UPS to arrange for a pick up or you may drop off the package at an authorized UPS location. You may request a pick up by using www.ups.com or by calling your local UPS office.
    4. Shipping charges will automatically be billed to Cue Acoustics’ account.

  6. If the customer is responsible for the return shipping expense, the following will occur:
    1. Select a shipper of your choice and complete the paperwork and labels as directed by the shipper’s instruction.
    2. Be certain to clearly mark the outside of the shipping carton with the RMA reference noted in "1" above.
    3. Use the "shipment address" as shown at the bottom of this page.

  7. Within 2 business days of receiving the shipment, a customer service associate from Cue Acoustics will contact you to:
    1. Process a credit if applicable.
    2. Notify you of expected shipment date for replacement product if applicable.
    3. Discuss repair details if applicable.
